We are seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Project Manager to oversee active construction projects from pre-construction planning through completion.


Position Overview

The Residential Remodeling Project Manager is responsible for coordinating schedules, subcontractors, materials, budgets, and client communication throughout the life of a project.


This role requires strong construction knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining quality standards and project timelines.


Responsibilities

  • Manage residential remodeling, renovation, and addition projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and material deliveries
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Track project budgets and assist with change order management
  • Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
  • Maintain project documentation, daily logs, photos, and reports
  • Communicate project updates with homeowners and internal team members
  • Identify and resolve project issues to minimize delays
  • Ensure job sites remain organized, professional, and compliant with company standards
  • Collaborate with design, estimating, and administrative staff throughout project execution

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of residential construction project management experience
  • Experience managing remodeling, renovation, or home addition projects
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience using Buildertrend, Procore, or similar construction management software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

  • OSHA 10 Certification
  • Construction Management degree or related education
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
