About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential remodeling projects from pre-construction planning through final completion. This position serves as the primary leader for production activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively with clients and team members, and can confidently navigate the challenges of a fast-paced remodeling environment. Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare sold projects for production and construction kickoff
  • Manage multiple remodeling projects simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal team members
  • Monitor project budgets and job costs
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget expectations
  • Maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding project progress and expectations
  • Conduct job site visits and inspections
  • Resolve field challenges and unforeseen project issues
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting
  • Lead production teams while promoting accountability, safety, and professionalism
