Position Overview
We're seeking a high-performing Remodel Sales Consultant to join our growing Remodel Department.
This role focuses on meeting homeowners, building trust, and guiding them through remodeling projects. Meet with customers to discuss and review remodel plans, provide suggestions and education, and deliver project estimates. Follow each project through completion to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Consultations
• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations
• Build rapport, uncover project goals, and provide expert guidance
• Present remodeling solutions and educate customers on options
• Prepare and present project proposals and pricing
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong closing ratio
Project Development
• Specialize in:
  • Bathroom remodels
  • Kitchen remodels
  • Home additions
  • Outdoor living spaces
  • Flooring projects
    • Collaborate with project managers and team to ensure a smooth handoff after sale
    • Maintain accurate notes, documentation, and CRM updates
Customer Experience
• Deliver a professional, consultative, and trustworthy sales experience

• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
What You Bring
• Proven in-home sales experience
• Strong closing skills and consultative sales approach
• Experience selling kitchens, bathrooms, additions, flooring, or outdoor living projects is required
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable using CRM software and mobile technology
• Valid driver's license
Compensation
Commission-Based Position
• Expected earnings: $80,000-$160,000 per year
