DUTIES:
ANALYZE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND DEVELOP STRATEGIES. DESIGN, DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT ETL SOLUTIONS FOR OPERATIONAL DATA STORE, DATA WAREHOUSE, DATA MARTS AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE PROJECTS. CREATE DATA MAPPING FROM SOURCE TO TARGET, AND SUMMARY REPORTS USING STORED PROCEDURES. BUILD ETL DATA FLOW JOBS AND SEQUENCES BASED ON THE MAPPING SHEETS. DEVELOP TEST CASES, AND TRACEABILITY BETWEEN REQUIREMENTS AND TEST CASES/SCRIPTS. WORK ON DIMENSIONAL MODELING, DATA MIGRATION, AND DATA CLEANSING. PERFORM UNIT TESTING, DEBUG AND FIX ISSUES. INVOLVE IN DEPLOYMENT AND POSTPRODUCTION SUPPORT. SKILLS REQUIRED: DATASTAGE, ORACLE, TERADATA, PL/SQL, CONTROL-M, REMEDY, TORTOISE SVN, JIRA AND UNIX.
