About the area

The Employee Entitlements Remediation Program (EERP) at UWA addresses historical and ongoing payroll compliance issues, ensuring accurate and fair compensation of employees in alignment with legislative requirements, including the Fair Work Act 2009, relevant Enterprise Agreements, and statutory instruments.

Within the EERP Data & Analytics team, your role contributes directly to ensuring financial accuracy and compliance, playing a critical role in identifying, modelling, remediating, and reporting employee entitlements across various employee groups at UWA.

  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data tools (e.g. Power Query, Power BI, SQL), with experience working across payroll or ERP systems.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
