The role will focus on restoring confidence in core accounting processes through detailed review, problem-solving, and collaboration with leadership and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Examine prior-period transactions and assist with evaluating tax-related records for completeness and accuracy.

• Update QuickBooks Enterprise with omitted charges, missing entries, and other outstanding financial activity.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to organize billing records, identify gaps, and restore proper account access where needed.

• Partner with leadership to address legacy accounting problems and reinforce internal financial controls.

• Demonstrated ability to assess historical financial activity and identify irregularities or unsupported transactions.

• Proficiency with QuickBooks.

• Experience with month-end close processes, bank reconciliations, and financial statement support.

• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently in an environment requiring significant organization and follow-through.
