ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Restoration and Remediation Project Manager, you'll be responsible for making sure every project runs like clockwork-especially those driven by insurance claims for fire, water, and disaster restoration. Using CRM systems and job/project management software, you'll update job files daily, track job costing, and drive every phase forward with precision and accountability.

You'll also work directly with clients and insurance reps, managing expectations and delivering results that exceed industry standards. With every completed project, your leadership will be key to both quality execution and customer satisfaction.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing and closing $2 million+ in projects annually
  • Strong supervisory skills with experience leading crews and overseeing a network of subcontractors and vendors
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management software (Xactimate)
  • Familiarity with work orders and job invoicing
  • Ability to create and manage budgets, estimates, and job schedules
  • Ability to provide proof of previous job history, references, and a project list
