Job Title: Foreman
Job Location: Orange (Main office)/Paramount/Long Beach/Carson
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We seek a highly skilled and motivated Pipeline Foreman to oversee and coordinate the activities in the construction, maintenance and repair of oil, gas, or water pipeline.. The Foreman will be responsible for managing crews, ensuring safety standards are met and delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have experience in Pipeline Construction, Leadership skills, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead workers on-site, ensuring work is completed according to specifications and on schedule.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all crew members.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to crew members based on project needs and their skill sets.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager, client and/or Supervisors.
  • Maintain inventory of materials and equipment, and ensure they are available when needed.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, timesheets, and reports.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role in Pipeline construction or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans.
  • Physical ability to work on-site and in various weather conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Certifications (as applicable): OSHA 10/30, TIWC Card, NCCER, OQSG
