Guide and lead subordinates in eliminating redundant time intensive systems, implementing sound design processes and adhering to quality practices. Manage technical and functional deliverables and maintain deadlines. Provide leadership in understanding customer’s needs. Set process development standards and deliver products within budget, schedule, and quality guidelines. Perform knowledge transfer workshops and solution presentations to the clients and business users. Work with various technologies such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Microsoft SharePoint, Wiki, and ServiceNow. This position will require travel within the U.S. The travel frequency and duration will depend on the project's requirements. Travel could range from occasional trips lasting a few days to regular or extended periods away, depending on the scope of responsibilities. Relocation will not be required for this position. Travel/relocate to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. for long- and short-term assignments at client sites.Multiple Positions Available. Job Requirements: Requires bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related and 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Computer Software Professional. Will also accept master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related and 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Computer Software Professional. This position will require travel within the U.S. The travel frequency and duration will depend on the project's requirements.
