Project Manager

Project Manager Position Overview:

We are a commercial general contractor with a presence throughout WI and MN in need of a Project Manager to join our team and manage the development of multi-family and mixed-use projects in Madison. 

The Project Manager will need to have a comprehensive understanding of construction specifications, plans, and quality control, as well as the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive schedules for all phases of construction.
  • Oversee project delivery to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Coordinate and direct contractors and subcontractors throughout the entire construction process.
  • Lead the planning and scheduling of inspections with the appropriate agencies.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Perform regular job site visits and inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Provide regular updates to the team and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate changes to contracts and resolve disputes with building owners.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
  • Experience in multi-family and mixed-use projects of 10M+ in value.
  • OSHA certified preferred and understanding safety standards.
  • Located in or near Madison or open to relocating.
