About the Position

The company is recruiting for both Senior Project Manager and Project Manager-level professionals to lead major mechanical construction projects. These roles are critical to the successful execution of large-scale commercial HVAC and plumbing systems, with full ownership of project lifecycle performance.

You will be responsible for driving operational execution, financial performance, and coordination across internal teams and subcontractors. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing organization where your leadership directly impacts project success and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience & Leadership

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in mechanical project management (HVAC and/or plumbing)
  • Proven track record managing projects valued at $5M+
  • Stable work history demonstrating progressive responsibility
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate across disciplines

Project Execution

  • Experience leading full project lifecycles from preconstruction through closeout
  • Ability to manage procurement, subcontractors, and daily operations
