Position Overview We are seeking a highly capable Retail/Commercial Superintendent to oversee on-site operations and drive our builds to successful completion. In this critical leadership role, you will work directly with the project team to deliver a high-quality project on time and strictly on budget. Core Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: Work seamlessly with the project team to deliver a quality project on time and on budget.
  • Design & Field Coordination: Take charge of coordinating materials with both field operations and exact design requirements.
  • Drawing Review: Execute thorough and accurate coordination drawing reviews.
  • Logistics Management: Track and manage material lead times to prevent delays and maintain the project schedule. Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Industry Experience: Candidate must possess strong, demonstrable experience in both retail and commercial construction.
