  • Work with shift leaders to manage team
  • Implement Smoothie King corporate policies and standards
  • Recruit, hire, and train new team members
  • Weekly inventory and managing cost of goods
  • Weekly order from food vendors
  • Schedule employees weekly and manage labor cost
  • Provide great guest experience
  • Ensure store opens on time daily
  • Maintain food management certification

Bonus package: MONTHLY bonuses based on key metrics and store profitability.
