The Opportunity

As the VP of Operations, you will be the architect of efficiency and the driving force behind a world-class manufacturing team. Your Mission

  • Strategic Leadership: Establish and communicate the operational roadmap for Business Analytics, Facilities, Production, Quality, and Safety.
  • Process Innovation: Expand manufacturing capacity in the United States to keep pace with company-wide production goals.
  • Supply Chain Resilience: Optimize the North American supply chain and procurement strategy to ensure flexibility in a maturing market.
  • Performance Excellence: Track and manage KPIs, ensuring all production sites exceed safety, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Quality Champion: Uphold world-class manufacturing standards by leading continuous improvement within the Quality Management System (QMS).

Your Talents

  • The Foundation: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business (Master’s degree preferred).
  • The Experience: You bring at least 10 years of industry experience, with a proven track record in P&L management and upper-level leadership.
