Compensation
$40-$50/hr. | Full-time and part-time opportunities available
What You'll Do
- Implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans with measurable goals under the supervision of a licensed PT
- Engage pediatric patients with fun, age-appropriate games and activities to keep them motivated
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Accurately document patient progress in a timely manner
Who We're Looking For
- Active PTA certification and valid Texas state license
- Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred
- Energetic, patient-centered professional comfortable working in home-based settings
Patient Population
You'll work with children (ages 0-21) presenting with developmental delays, cerebral palsy, orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, and gross motor challenges.

Physical Requirements
- Maintain various postures (kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting) for extended periods
- Walk and run for extended periods
- Transition independently from sitting to standing
- Utilize quick body movements as required by behavior intervention plans
- Lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Transfer, position, and transport patients and adaptive equipment
- Read written communication via computer, electronic devices, and paper
- Perform data collection using electronic devices
