The company’s commitment to finding new and better ways to RECLAIM, RECYCLE and REUSE bridges the sustainability goals of scrap tire generators nationwide with those of local scrap rubber consumers.

Job Summary:
As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you'll be operating a range of heavy machinery, including skid steer, end loaders, excavators, and dozers. This position requires working in noisy environments with exposure to extreme temperatures and involves physically demanding tasks within our tire recycling facility and in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate various heavy machines including track hoe, skid steer, front end loaders, rock trucks, excavators, and dozers.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and understand directions thoroughly.
  • Engage in multiple activities within the tire recycling facility, involving physical and demanding tasks.
  • Working on site and off site up to 6 days a week

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to use hand tools
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must have heavy machinery experience.
  • Skid steer – required
  • Excavator – preferred
  • Understand and follow all OSHA and site-specific safety programs.
  • Must be reliable and flexible.
  • Willingness to work in hot, cold, wet and dirty conditions.
  • Attention to detail and attentive.
  • Willingness to work hard.
  • Be a team player.
  • Safety boots required.
  • Willingness to travel is a plus

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.

Compensation:

Between $20.00 and $23.00 depending on experience, paid bi-weekly
