Job Description:

As a Freight Sales Representative/ Account Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue by connecting shippers with reliable carriers. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and negotiating freight rates to ensure client satisfaction and profitability. This role is critical to the success and growth of our business.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the logistics and transportation industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and industry partners.
  • Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate freight brokerage solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful execution of freight shipments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address their needs promptly.
