Join a team working at the intersection of advanced IoT, edge intelligence, and next-generation communications technology. As a Product Manager on the Network Interface Card (NIC) hardware team, you will help shape products that bring advanced capabilities to the edge, including Distributed Intelligence, eRedCap, and other emerging technologies.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage an important existing product portfolio while helping define and deliver the next generation of NIC solutions that support the evolving needs of utilities and connected infrastructure around the world. We are looking for a collaborative, customer-centric, and innovative professional who is passionate about delivering technology solutions that create value for customers and stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Participate in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from requirements definition through product launch and sustaining support.
  • Own product lifecycle management for Network Interface Card products, including roadmap planning, regional variants, launch readiness, sustaining activities, and end-of-life planning and execution.
  • Serve as the product subject matter expert for Network Interface Cards, guiding technical, commercial, operational, and customer-facing decisions with accountability and sound judgment.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, partners, and cross-functional teams on product requirements, detailed designs, functional specifications, project execution, and testing.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Services, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure successful product delivery and support.
  • Ensure products are orderable, deliverable, and supported through appropriate supply chain, procurement, documentation, training, and service delivery processes.
  • Support Sales, Services, Marketing, and internal teams with product positioning, pricing inputs, technical questions, customer presentations, and enablement materials.
  • Support customer escalations and field performance management by providing product expertise, monitoring quality and reliability trends, and coordinating cross-functional resolution of product-related concerns.
  • Manage regulatory, certification, and regional deployment requirements where NICs vary by geography, carrier, spectrum, antenna, or utility requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive offerings and emerging RF, cellular, Wi-SUN, carrier, antenna, IoT, and AMI network technology trends to help drive innovation and continuous product improvement.
  • Demonstrate agility in adapting to changing business needs, market conditions, and customer requirements while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to organize information, evaluate trade-offs, and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn complex hardware, communications, and utility network products.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Services, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer and business needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while maintaining authenticity, professionalism, and inclusivity.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in product management, technical product management, program management, engineering, or a related technical role.
  • Experience with hardware product development, manufacturing, or supply chain processes.
  • Familiarity with RF, cellular, Wi-SUN, IoT, AMI, embedded systems, antennas, or utility communications networks.
  • Experience translating customer, market, or technical inputs into product requirements, business cases, or strategic recommendations.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing discussions, technical issue resolution, or cross-functional project execution.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management practices, launch processes, and sustaining engineering activities.
  • Experience working within the Utilities, Energy, Industrial IoT, or connected infrastructure sectors is a plus.
