Description

The Waldinger Corporation, a full-service mechanical, sheet metal, electrical and service contractor, is seeking a Regional Reliability and Predictive Maintenance Manager to join our high-performing and innovative team. 
 
The Regional Predictive Maintenance Manager will apply their knowledge and experience to ensure continuous improvement to the Predictive Maintenance initiatives in their market. They will increase market share in their specific market area by providing best-in-class reliability services and support to clients by reducing unplanned downtime. They will work with the Director of Reliability and be responsible for process improvement, training, engagement, and costs while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.  
This role has the ability to sit in Omaha, Madison or Des Moines. 
  
 
Responsibilities:
    • Build long-term business value by acquiring and retaining high quality clients.
    • Maintains scheduled client contact with clear communication on demand service, pending quotes, and scheduled maintenance. Notifies Service Manager of any service issues.
    • Attain a growth rate that provides opportunities for employee development an advancement.
    • Work with technicians, operations, and sales personnel to prepare estimates and submit bids.
    • Generate sales leads/opportunities from technician service tickets.
    • Provide technical assistance to sales, operations, and technicians.
    • Assists in the procurement of parts and tools for house clients. Performs necessary follow-up for timely delivery. Is familiar with equipment, parts, and their suppliers.
    • Responsible for AP and invoice approval, for work orders they manage, while maintaining acceptable profits by controlling costs.
    • Help develop a marketing strategy, specific to the needs of their region
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing material.
    • Propose hands-on and classroom training for technicians.
    • Recommend equipment as needed for their region.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and manage expectations to create trust and credibility across a broad spectrum of internal and external customers.
    Requirements:
    • 5 years of industry or related experience preferred
    • Proven expertise in predictive maintenance methods including: vibration analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasonic leak inspection; steam trap inspection, electric motor bearing replacement, pump repairs, laser shaft alignment and dynamic balancing
    • Certification Requirements: vibration analysis cat II, ultrasound level1, IR thermography level I
    • Basic understanding of accounting concepts
