What You'll Do
  • Provide technical support regarding plant equipment, process efficiency, and plant wide safety
  • Provide technical assistance in the scope of engineering, preventative and predictive maintenance, and other facets of reliability engineering
  • Update existing plant and maintenance equipment records and processes
  • Monitor and maintain a comprehensive set of performance metrics for the plant

What You'll Need
  • Knowledge and direct experience with Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Apply data analysis techniques (including statistical process control, reliability modeling and prediction, fault tree analysis, and Six Sigma methodology)
  • Define, design, develop, monitor, and refine an asset maintenance plan that includes value-added preventive maintenance tasks and effective utilization of non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems
  • Responsible for adhering to the life cycle asset management process
  • Professionally and systematically defines, designs, develops, monitors and refines an asset maintenance plan that includes value-added preventive maintenance tasks
  • Practical knowledge of mechanical applications, electrical applications, and common industrial processes
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints and diagrams
  • Ability to lead a project from design through installation and start up, including associated operational and maintenance training
  • Team building and supervisory skills leading project teams and comfortable with supervising technical and non-technical personnel

Your Education
  • BS Degree (Engineering) and 2 years experience in Reliability Engineering or 5 Years' experience in Reliability Engineering
  • Industry certifications related to SAP a plus
