  • Ensure all maintenance work meets industry standards and equipment manufacturer specifications.
  • Document all activities through our work order system, ensuring all tasks are completed in line with the lease and landlord obligations.
  • Respond to emergency repairs, assisting in unscheduled issues when needed.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, visitors, and property management, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
  • Monitor and assist contractors on-site to ensure quality and safety.
