Description:

Release Train Engineer Responsibilities:

Plan and Facilitate the Program Increment Sessions

Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives (the RTE) and publish them for visibility and transparency

Assist tracking the execution of features and epics (How do we measure)

Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings, including the ART Leadership Sync, Scrum of Scrums (SoS) etc.

Help manage ART level risks and dependencies

Escalate and track impediments for the teams in the ART

Work with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment

Facilitate ART level Demos to all stakeholders

Work with the Program Management Office (PMO) on program execution and operational excellence
