Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 7+ years of knowledge of Z/OS operating system and its interrelationships and functionality.
  • 7+ years of experience providing configuration management / release management support and guidance for Endevor software.
  • 7+ years of knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) programming language and techniques.
  • 7+ years of knowledge of tools and utilities to support DB2.
  • 7+ years of ability to evaluate complex SQL queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a mainframe expert.
  • Provide configuration management / release management support and guidance for Endevor software.
  • Evaluate complex SQL queries and recommend suggestions for better software performance and cost savings.
  • Provide CICS administration, problem-solving and debugging support interfacing with application developers as well as personnel.

Nice to Have:

  • Additional skills in middleware and MQ are beneficial.
