About the Role
Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently deliver cannabis products to customers within designated delivery areas.
  • Verify and validate customer identification and age to ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times, customer information, and any issues encountered.
  • Handle and transport cannabis products with care, ensuring they remain secure and undamaged during transit.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including vehicle maintenance, safety, and security protocols.
  • Create efficient routes and, when applicable, coordinate with the Delivery Drivers to receive and relay delivery assignments and updates.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices at all times.
  • Train new drivers and conduct re-training for existing drivers as needed.
  • Route and dispatch drivers at various locations as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 25 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must pass a background check and meet all state and local regulatory requirements for cannabis delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle and transport cannabis products in compliance with state regulations.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Previous delivery experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to spend multiple hours sitting in a vehicle to perform deliveries
