Job Summary

With the launch of our Relaunch Lane program, we are excited to open the door for experienced professionals ready to pivot into automotive and apply their expertise in new ways.

Relaunch Lane is a six-month, paid assignment designed for professionals looking to transition into the automotive industry with 3-10+ years of relevant transferrable skills. The selected participant will join our Mason, Michigan, facility as a Quality Engineer, where they will gain hands-on experience supporting product quality, analyzing manufacturing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer and regulatory requirements are met. Throughout the program, participants receive structured onboarding, mentorship, and professional development to help participants build industry-specific knowledge and successfully transition into automotive with the opportunity to be considered for a full-time position upon successful completion.

Qualifications

Candidates must:

Possess prior professional experience aligned to the open role

Meet education and skill requirements for the role

Be able to meet location, schedule, and relocation expectations (if applicable)

Demonstrate transferrable skills applicable to automotive environments

Preferred Requirements:

Backgrounds: Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or any related fields.

Individuals with established careers (3-10+ years of experience) looking to pivot industries

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant disciplines
