Position Summary
The Relationship Advisor serves as a front-line ambassador for PSCU, supporting all sales efforts related to new membership growth, loan production, and deepening member relationships. In this role, you will create an exceptional member experience, consult with members to understand their financial needs, and match them with the right products and services. Relationship Advisors play a key part in helping families achieve financial success and moving PSCU toward its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
Member Experience & Relationship Building
  • Greet and welcome members in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships with members and help guide them into a full relationship with PSCU.
  • Develop a personal book of business through outbound calling and proactive relationship management.

Sales & Consulting
  • Support all credit union sales initiatives for new memberships and lending goals.
  • Open new memberships, deposit accounts, and consumer loans.
  • Cross-sell PSCU products and services based on member needs.
  • Consult with members to recommend tailored financial solutions that support their goals.
  • Ask for the business by actively campaigning for referrals/new business.

Service Excellence
  • Provide comprehensive, prompt, and accurate service across all delivery channels.
  • Assist members with transactions, account maintenance, and financial inquiries.
  • Field member concerns and work toward quick, effective resolution.

Operational & Compliance Responsibilities
  • Complete all required documentation accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with policy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PSCU products, services, rates, technology, policies, and procedures.
  • Follow all security, regulatory, and operational guidelines.

Team Contribution
  • Actively contribute to a positive branch culture and support team goals.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to PSCU's mission of helping families achieve financial success.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in banking, customer service, or sales preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, managing a portfolio of members.
