YOUR ROLE AS A Resident Relations Manager:
You will be the front liner when it comes to Resident experience and support. You will be responsible for receiving all resident issues, payments, lease inquiries, etc. Using high-level communication skills along with strategic consultative selling skills, your dynamic, supportive, and considerate personality, combined with community knowledge, provide the positive and genuine experience people crave and seldom discover when looking for their home. You will also oversee the leasing team and provide assistance when needed.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you should be/have:
  • Multifamily experience required
  • OneSite experience/knowledge preferred
  • Customer-focused attitude and great interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of technology products including OneSite
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven and desire to succeed
  • Working knowledge of Social Media
  • Microsoft Office product suite: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook
