Job description

As a top-quality health system, Reid Health seeks clinicians with a focus on patient care to join its team. As part of our team, providers are encouraged to expand their role outside of medicine, to develop as managers and leaders, and to contribute in many ways to the care and well-being of the 285,000 residents we serve. We are a provider led organization providing excellent care for eight counties in Indiana and Ohio. Seeking a BC/BE General Radiologist, preferably with MSK fellowship training to join our team consisting of 7 full-time Radiologists. The experienced and highly collaborative group includes 3 fellowship-trained interventionalists, and Neuro and Body Imaging fellowhship trained Radiologist. Three employment models are available for this position. 

Position Details:

  • Full-time hospital employed position

  • Schedule: Day shift (7am - 4pm) with one swing (11am - 8pm), and one evening shift (4pm - midnight) per week. 
    • Contracted nighthawk coverage provided midnight - 7am daily, with a Radiologist "on-call" 1:8.
  • Three employment models available: 100% on-site, 100% teleradiology, or hybrid on-site/teleradiology role

Compensation Details:

  • Attractive base salary with quarterly productivity and sign-on bonuses
  • Radiologists typically receive 1 day off per week and 10 weeks' vacation
  • Individual office space provided and weekly breakfast/lunch meals in a dedicated physician lounge
  • Qualifying site for Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Education/Experience

Board Eligible or Board Certified Required: General Radiologist

Experience Requirements: All imaging modalities are available to read, including radiographs, CT's, MRI, and U/S. Fluoroscopy, nuclear medicine, PET, mammography, and light procedures are optional, but not required. 

Preferred Experience: Interest in MSK

Licensure: Indiana Medical License

Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS

Schedule Details
Shifts are usually day shift (7a - 4p) with one swing (11a - 8p) and one evening shift (4p - midnight) per week.
