This role is perfect for someone who enjoys developing training materials, leading instruction, and supporting technical surveillance countermeasures (TSCM) education around the globe.
? What You'll Do
As a Technical Training Specialist, you will:
  • Develop and maintain course materials for REI equipment and TSCM-related topics
  • Assist lead instructors during training at REI's facility and off-site worldwide
  • Create new curriculum for future TSCM courses
  • Maintain training equipment, materials, and project rooms
  • Support Sales & Marketing at trade shows and technical events
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to test and evaluate REI products
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned

Job Description
Summary/objective
To develop, plan and conduct training on equipment developed and manufactured by REI, and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) topics and methods.
Essential functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
  • Develop new course material and maintain current course materials.
  • Assist lead instructors at the REI facility in current and future courses.
  • Assist the lead instructor at offsite locations in current and future courses.
  • Develop future TSCM related course curriculum and materials.
  • Maintain current and future training equipment and materials.
  • Maintain and enhance as needed the current and future project rooms.
  • Assist the Sales and Marketing department with trade shows and marketing events providing technical assistance.
  • Cooperate and assist the Engineering and Production departments with operational testing and evaluation of REI Products.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
