As an Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the rehabilitation program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient care. You will oversee all aspects of the program, including budgeting, staff management, program growth, expense control, development of services, and continuous improvement of quality outcomes and productivity. This role requires close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to drive performance and achieve organizational goals. Additionally, you will serve as a role model for professionalism and adherence to The Carpenter Health Network's policies and procedures, acting as a key communicator and the visible ๏ฟฝface๏ฟฝ of the hospital.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Clinical Specialty
  • Master's degree of Equivalent in Management or Healthcare related field preferred
  • Current and valid Nursing Home Administrator license issued by the Louisiana Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators
  • Clinical background and license preferred
  • Minimum of five years๏ฟฝ experience in leadership level position in a hospital
  • Current knowledge of trends and regulations in health care
  • Complies will all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices
  • Understanding of financial reports
  • Previous experience as a hospital CEO/Administrator or executive director preferred
  • Long term care experience required
