Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time

Oak Glen Post Acute - Cherry Valley, CA

Pay Range: $42.00 - $46.00 per hour (DOE)

Oak Glen Post Acute is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Cherry Valley, California. We provide 24-hour nursing care and short-term rehabilitation services in a compassionate, patient-centered environment, supporting residents recovering from surgery, illness, or injury.

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis. The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring resident safety, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring of residents
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
  • Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly
  • Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other skilled nursing interventions
  • Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to coordinate services
  • Educate residents and families on care plans and health conditions
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and infection control standards
Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred
  • Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
