What does a rehab director do?

A Rehab Director, or Director of Rehabilitation, develops, coordinates, and directs rehabilitation goals and duties set in a hospital, private clinic, nursing home, or specific type of focused rehabilitation facility. The core responsibilities of a Rehab Director include developing, adopting, and implementing therapy strategies, recruiting and training staff, and assessing patient care and progress.
