What is a Registered Nurse Relocation Bonus?

A Registered Nurse Relocation Bonus is a financial incentive offered by healthcare employers to attract qualified nurses to relocate for a job position. This bonus helps cover moving expenses or provides additional compensation as a reward for accepting a role in a new geographic area. The amount and terms of the bonus can vary by employer and location, and usually require the nurse to commit to working for the organization for a specified period.
