Travel RN Labor & Delivery - Tahlequah, OK
Job Description
Join a tight-knit maternal-child health team in Tahlequah, OK, providing comprehensive clinical care across Labor & Delivery, Mother-Baby, Newborn Nursery, Couplet Care, and Gynecology surgery. Supporting a supportive unit with approximately 15–17 births per month, you will work collaboratively alongside LPNs and receive dedicated leadership support from the Transfer Coordinator. This 13-week night shift contract features customizable compensation options—including full insurance benefits or maximized weekly take-home pay—designed to support your financial and career goals.
Requirements
Proven recent clinical experience in Labor & Delivery (L&D), triage, and couplet care
Active Oklahoma (OK) RN License or Compact/Multi-State License
Active AHA BLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certifications
Flexibility to cross-cover Gyn surgery and Mother-Baby, or provide task-based support (passing meds, vital signs, patient care) on Med/Surg during low-census shifts
Essential clinical competencies in L&D triage, labor management, initial assessments, and couplet care
Preferred Qualifications
Previous travel nursing contract experience in a community hospital or small-unit setting
Experience working in collaborative care models alongside LPN support staff
Advanced perioperative OB skills (e.g., OR assistance for emergency C-sections)

Level 1 Job ID #19330. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
