We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team as a Regional Sales Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales deals in a specific region. As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of delivering results and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. In addition to generating news sales, this person will be responsible for maintaining the established client base in the region by visiting clients on a bi-annual basis ensuring the highest quality of customer service our customers have come to expect from us.



Requirements:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Identify and target potential customers in the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Provide technical support to customers during the sales process
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer needs are met



What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Geotechnical instrumentation or sensor experience required
  • Mining related experience preferred
  • Negotiating skills required
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the region
  • Ability to speak French preferred
  • Valid driver's license
