We have an opportunity for a Regional Quality Leader to join our Golden Valley MN team. You will lead assigned Region and/or locations governance, quality culture, escalation, and compliance frameworks to ensure consistent execution and sustained quality outcomes across the businesses. In this role, you will work closely with crossfunctional leaders to proactively manage quality risk, reinforce disciplined decisionmaking, and protect customer trust across the enterprise. This position will support our Global Quality Function, which will include other Pentair sites and client locations.

You will:

  • Enterprise Quality Governance
    • Lead quality governance, including standards, operating cadence, escalation paths, and decision forums to drive consistent quality outcomes across the businesses.
    • Establish and reinforce clear quality expectations across Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply, and Customer Service.
  • Quality Culture, Risk & Escalation
    • Own and deploy the Quality Culture strategy, reinforcing qualityfirst behaviors, early escalation, and preventionfocused decisionmaking.
    • Govern quality, reliability, and field risk escalation, including oversight of warranty exposure trends and systemic risk mitigation in partnership with Customer Service and Finance.
  • Quality Systems & Continuous Improvement
    • Provide leadership and oversight for enterprise and segment quality systems, including Quality Management Systems (QMS), audits, and APQP governance.
    • Facilitate crossfunctional reviews of significant quality events to ensure permanent corrective action and sustained improvement.
  • CrossFunctional Partnership
    • Partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply, and Customer Service to enable closedloop communication between execution teams and quality governance forums.
    • Influence outcomes through datadriven insights, clear standards, and structured escalation, without direct authority.

Key Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time to other company sites and client specific locations.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or equivalent) in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in quality leadership, quality governance, or enterprise quality systems roles.
  • Demonstrated experience defining and leading quality governance, compliance frameworks, or enterpriselevel quality programs within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems, corrective action methodologies, and risk escalation processes across product, operational, and field environments.
  • Manufacturing environment experience is required.
  • Experience with quality and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, or similar is preferred.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $128500 - $238600 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
