We CGI is seeking to hire a meticulous Data Quality Analyst to drive enterprise data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance for large scale system implementations and migrations.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in data quality, ETL validation, or business intelligence-with healthcare data experience preferred-alongside strong SQL skills and advanced analytical troubleshooting capabilities. This role will partner closely with technical teams and project managers to validate data across source and target systems, resolve complex discrepancies, and ensure production readiness throughout the migration lifecycle.
This is a Full-Time, On-Site employment opportunity based in Raleigh, NC, Lafayette, LA, Hartford, CT, or St. Louis, MO in a Hybrid Model.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Lead enterprise data validation activities supporting large scale system implementations and migrations while ensuring data quality and accuracy.

. Collaborate with project managers and technical teams.
. Support production readiness and migration activities.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
At least 5+ years in Data Quality, Data Analysis, ETL Validation, Business Intelligence, or Data Testing.

. Strong analytical and reconciliation experience.
. Excellent documentation and communication skills.
. Experience supporting ETL testing or migration validation.
. Healthcare data experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
