We are a professional, innovative, customer-centric company that specializes in ADAS Safety Calibrations, ensuring the proper operation of vehicle safety systems. Safety is our number 1 priority!
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Director to oversee our operations across multiple locations in the Greater Houston Area. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, and communication skills to ensure the effective delivery of our services to collision centers.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Management Experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Duties:
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through our company culture and values.
  • Be customer service-focused and develop relationships with operational consistency.
  • Manage multiple technicians in the Greater Houston Area.
  • Advance understanding of Estimates and explain ADAS calibrations specifications and repairs to collision customers including repair staff and insurance adjusters.
  • Managing Team Schedules.
  • B2B Sales.
  • Manage all equipment including vans, scan equipment, laptops.
  • Daily and Minimal Overnight Travel.
  • Perform static and dynamic ADAS Calibrations, including pre/post scans.
  • Troubleshoot complex calibration repairs.
  • Basic knowledge of how to remove and install vehicle parts including wiring.
  • Test drive vehicles after repairs are completed.
  • Complete assigned training and certifications.
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through our company purpose and core values.
  • Maintain a well-organized work area including vehicles, mobile devices, laptops, scan tools, and other provided equipment.

Experience:
  • Three (3) years or more of ADAS Calibrations.
  • Three (3) or more years of Mechanical, including Diagnostics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in calibration, preferable but not required.
  • Strong understanding of electrical principles and circuits.
  • Proficient in the use of various calibration tools and equipment.
  • OEM diagnostic scan tools and factory software.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Ability to read and comprehend CCC and Mitchell estimating.
