Who We Are
Robert Half is seeking aRegional PortfolioManager Iwho willbe responsible formanaging the acquisition, improvement, and disposition of properties within the organization's portfolio to support business operations and overall strategies. Focus on strategic planning, project and transaction planning and delivery, and customer management. Work closely with other back-office entities to foster partnerships in project planning and delivery. Work closely with other real estate teams to manage real estate informationplatformandmaintainreal estate compliance processes.
WhatYou'llDo

  • Implement andmonitorcomprehensive property transaction management plans, incorporating aspects such as capital expenditure, landlord and tenant relations, administering leasing terms, rent reviews, vendor/contractor solicitation,leasingand disposition strategy.

  • Provide reports and recommendationsofcurrent or new office locations related to spaceutilizationand market conditionstomanagement.

  • Report to and support customers on specific projects within the North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific regions.

  • Facilitate planning, organizing,staffingandcontrolling ofregional projects.

  • Monitor project budgets,scopeand schedules.

  • Manage vendors in support of projects toleveragein-house capability tofullestextent.

  • Point of contact for RH and vendor personnel for regional real estate transactions, projects, and ongoing facilities related support.

  • Manage partner-vendor relationships for specific projects.

  • Audit contractual compliance,solicitfeedback fromusersand communicate back to vendors.

  • Work with local management toidentifylocation needs.

  • Source and appraise prospective or existing properties within the organization's portfolio to evaluate site and property potential.

  • Interact withlocalmanagement team toidentify, support, and resolve businessneeds asrelated to the working office.

  • Assistin crafting real estate strategies that support business needs.

  • Facilitate customer relationships by fostering communication, listening, andsolicitingfeedback.


WhatYou'llNeed

  • BS or BA in business, management, engineering,marketingor salesrequired.

  • Corporate or commercial real estate, project management, facilities management, and/or organizational behavioral certificationsdesirable.

  • 5+ years' experience working in corporate/commercial real estate and/or customer relationship management teamrequired.

  • MS Office including Outlook, ability toutilizefinancial modeling,projectsand lease tracking tools.

  • Project management, property management, real estate transactions, leasing, and/or customer management training or experiencerequired.

  • Mid-to senior management level experience in professional staffing and/or sales operationsa strongplus.

The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

$71,000.00 - $105,000.00
