Job description

HVACR Service Managers oversee daily area operations and manage technicians to ensure Helios meets customers' needs within their required SLAs. The Service Manager reports to the Regional Director of Operations and has Field Supervisors and Service Technicians as direct reports. The number of field staff will vary by state.

What Helios Needs From You:
  • Lead a team and manage team communication, ensuring all parties are aware of needed information
  • Provide the highest level of professionalism, communication, and integrity to our customers
  • Manage Supervisors, Technicians and assess training needs by selecting training programs for team members
  • Participate in the hiring, training, and coaching of field staff
  • Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle

What Sets You Apart:
  • 5+ years of HVAC field experience
  • Previous experience in service management roles
  • Universal EPA certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge with advance principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills for iPad/cell phone communication and documentation

Helios determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
