About Us

We are a fully delegated, non-bank mortgage lender exclusively focused on mortgage originations. We specialize in conventional, FHA, and VA loan products, all of which are underwritten in-house for faster turn times and direct contact between originators and underwriters.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking to establish a presence in the major Texas metropolitan areas (Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio) by bringing on existing mortgage sales teams in retail purchase or consumer direct refinance.

We are seeking an experienced mortgage manager, originator, and recruiter with a team that can generate at least $10MM in monthly loan volume. Teams generating less than $10MM in monthly loan volume will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Compensation is available through an override or P&L model.
