Vice President, Mortgage Operations

The Vice President, Mortgage Operations is responsible for reviewing and evaluating the mortgage operating model and organizational systems to identify opportunities for process improvement. This role researches, analyzes, and assesses the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes, and develops strategic recommendations and alternatives to support departmental and company objectives. After testing and validation, the VP communicates process changes, enhancements, and modificationsboth verbally and in writingto management, peers, and associates to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Requirements include seven years of related operation experience in the mortgage industry and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree in business or related degree from four-year college or university preferred.
