We're looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team while driving growth, profitability, and exceptional customer relationships throughout the assigned territory.

Requirements:What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop Territory Sales Managers (TSMs)
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs and provide sales mentoring
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members
  • Build and maintain key customer and national account relationships
  • Forecast sales and support inventory planning
  • Review quotes and partner with Sales Support, Rental, and Service teams
  • Monitor regional performance and drive profitable growth
  • Approve team expenses, travel, and customer entertainment
  • Travel throughout the territory and attend manufacturer meetings and industry events
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of equipment sales leadership or management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment sales and financing programs
  • Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel frequently
  • Ability to climb on and operate heavy equipment
