As the Director of Regional Financial Sales, you will direct the maximization of sales of the Securitas Technology solutions for Regional Financial clients.

Essential Functions:

  • Monitor the activity of Regional Financial Account teams and sales regions and provide advice and counsel when and where necessary
  • Develop and monitor expense budgets of approximately $500,000 to $1 million with each regional Account Manager
  • Provide strategic market, product, and competitive input to home office, the sales teams, and service departments
  • Achieve assigned business goals
  • Develop and implement divisional plans to introduce and support new and existing products and marketing programs
  • Select, manage and develop a sales and marketing management team
  • Provide strategic market, product, and competitive input to home office
  • Monitor the activity of account teams and sales regions and provide advice and counsel when and where necessary
  • Support our evolution into professional services and facilitate Securitas becoming a strategic business partner with our current and new customers
  • Support and ensure compliance with the ISO process
  • Provide strategic direction for conventions and shows
  • Support territory coverage plans and provides input to National Account Managers on staff planning
  • Manage the maximization of the sale of company hardware and software products within assigned region
  • Achieve targeted incoming orders and objectives
  • Oversee the management of sales forecasts and provide management reports on a timely basis
  • Develop and monitor expense budgets for the Central region
  • Develop, build, and maintain rapport and favorable relations with our customers. Ensure customers are knowledgeable of Securitas's sales and service policies
  • Support absorption of additional sales staffing
  • Prioritize sales training needs and sales tool development
  • Advise Vice President of Commercial Sales and home office of competitive developments, new marketing opportunities, and new hardware and software applications


Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent experience
  • Must have a successful track record in the sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions
  • Individual should have demonstrated project and people management skills and experience
  • Minimum 5+ year's sales or marketing management experience required
  • At least 5 years outside sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record in high sales quota attainment
  • Individuals should have exhibited skills, characteristics, traits, and work habits that would greatly enhance the likelihood of success as a sales director
  • Must be PC proficient with working knowledge of various spreadsheet and presentation program
