Position Summary:

Responsible for coordination of regional financial planning and timely delivery of planning results to corporate finance function

What you can look forward to as a Financial Analyst:

Planning Process

  • Responsible for leading the planning process for all NA plants including of setting up timelines and deliverables and monitoring timely and accurate data submission.
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining corporate standards.
  • Responsible for data quality and data consistency checks.
  • Support Corporate Finance, Regional Finance and local Finance Teams in all planning activities.
  • Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a regional planning system including validation checks.
  • Support local finance Teams in the use of the tool.
  • Responsible for coordination of monthly / yearly closing process.
  • Support BRM reporting with data analysis and commenting on variances.
  • Support Monthly Forecasting / Target Setting Reviews with data analysis and commenting on variances.
  • Support Corporate Finance, Regional Finance and local Finance Teams in all reporting activities.

Your Profile as a Financial Analyst:

  • University degree in Finance/Controlling/Accounting/Business Administration.
  • Professional experience with SAP and MS Office required
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills in international timeline driven environment.
  • Capability to deliver quality results under time pressure
  • Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint)
  • High self-motivation.
  • Must be Authorized to work in the United States - This position does not provide sponsorship.
  • Spanish and or German language skills will be helpful but not required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 - 5+ Years of Experience
