Job description

BlueSprig has a BCBA job opening in San Jose, California. As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and clinicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy.

Total Annual Compensation: $90,000-$121,000 

  • Annual Salary: $90,000 – $103,000 
  • Annual Individual Bonus:$7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly) 
  • Sign On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000(depending on start date and location)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 50% remote and 50% onsite at the clinic.
