As a Regional Channel Account Manager, you'll own and grow Logitech Business Solutions' partner ecosystem across a defined U.S. territory. You'll work with local and national VARs and integrators to uncover new opportunities, deepen strategic relationships, and expand Logitech's share of business. This is a highly visible, field-focused role for someone who loves building relationships, finding growth opportunities, and turning strategy into results.

Travel

This role requires approximately 65-75% travel on-site to customers to strengthen, build and create new partnerships and for internal meetings, industry conferences (as required/needed), and other in-market activities.

In this role you will
  • Own and grow your territory.
  • Manage a portfolio of partners across your geography, prioritizing those with the greatest opportunity for growth while developing emerging partners.
  • Find new opportunities.
  • Proactively identify whitespace, new partners, new customers, and opportunities to increase Logitech's share of wallet.
  • Build strong partner relationships.
  • Become a trusted resource to local VARs and integrators through consistent engagement, responsiveness, and a strong understanding of their businesses.
  • Partner with our national channel team.
  • Build coordinated regional engagement plans, including partner mapping, sales initiatives, events, lunch-and-learns, technical/design engineering engagement, and joint growth activities.
  • Create joint business plans.
  • Develop actionable growth plans with the most strategic partners in your territory and drive execution against them.
  • Connect partners, customers, and Logitech.
  • Work closely with sellers and cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and close opportunities.
  • Know your market.
  • Map the regional partner landscape, identify strengths, gaps, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities, and bring those insights back to leadership, marketing, and product teams.
  • Tell compelling stories.
  • Create engaging presentations and partner/customer narratives using modern tools and technologies, including AI.

  • Maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline data, track pipeline sufficiency, and provide consistent reporting through Salesforce.

Key Qualifications
  • Significant, proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or regional business development, ideally within technology.
  • A proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and deliver measurable partner growth.
  • A hunter mindset with the ability to identify whitespace, develop new relationships, and turn opportunities into revenue.
  • Experience selling Unified Communications (UC) solutions and a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies.
  • Strong relationship-management skills with professional, responsive follow-through.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and training skills, with the executive presence to engage partners and customers at multiple levels.
  • Experience managing complex or long sales cycles.
  • Strong Salesforce/CRM discipline, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • The ability to quickly learn, demonstrate, and articulate technology and business-value propositions.
  • Creativity in how you engage partners, market solutions, and create demand.
  • Comfort using tools such as LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to build relationships and identify opportunities.
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities while effectively leveraging internal resources to expand your reach.

Compensation

This position offers an OTE (base+variable bonus) of typically between $ 150K and $ 232K dependent on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
