THE ROLE
The Regional Brand Manager leads the execution of regional and national sponsorship activation and venue deliverable across an assigned Live Nation region. This role is responsible for delivering best in class client service, managing sponsor programs from planning through recap, and serving as a key market expert across venues, internal teams, and client relationships. You will be focus on:

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Client Strategy & Deal Execution
  • Understand the role Live Nation Media & Sponsorship plays within the broader Live Nation business, including sponsor KPIs, inventory management, business solutions, and package-building processes.
  • Support regional and national sponsor programs from planning through execution, recap, and renewal support
  • Oversee the legal contract process, approvals, financial documents, and budget management for sponsors within the assigned region.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations that help optimize programs, improve client satisfaction, and support renewal opportunities.
  • Ensure delivery of contractual assets, including planning, execution, measurement, and reporting.

Market Leadership
  • Develop deep expertise within the assigned region, including venue operations, sponsorship inventory, existing partner programs, sales opportunities, market dynamics, and operational efficiencies.
  • Serve as a key regional point of contact for sponsorship activation needs across venues and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve regional processes, strengthen program delivery, and create more consistent sponsor experiences across markets.

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with venue teams, sales, legal, finance, clients, seasonal staff, and senior leadership.
  • Partner with internal Live Nation teams to ensure sponsorship programs are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with Brand Management counterparts across regions to share best practices, solve challenges, and strengthen national consistency.
  • Support on-site activations, hospitality programs, venue deliverables, custom events, and other sponsor-related needs as required.
  • Develop client-facing materials, recaps, reports, and presentations that communicate program performance and key insights.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as requested by management.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of direct experience in brand management, client service, media, entertainment, marketing consulting, sales, advertising, or activation agencies.
  • Strong client service instincts, including diligent follow-up and the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and organized working style, with a willingness to take initiative and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly, pivot based on business needs, and work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Asana, Airtable, social media tools, or graphic design programs preferred.
  • Passion for music, live events, and current entertainment trends.
  • Ability to travel and work nights, weekends, and shows as needed.
  • Reliable transportation to and from venue(s) and office.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds as needed.
