Job description

Our client, a bank on the eastern shore of Maryland, is currently seeking a Regional Retail Bank Operations Manager to join their team. The Regional Retail Bank Operations Manager will be responsible for administrative, operational, staffing and security support for the bank’s branch network.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary resource for branch operational questions
  • Manage Floating Pool Associates and branch staffing needs
  • Maintain and manage procedural changes
  • Oversee management and reconciliation of cash levels in branches
  • Examine and monitor existing controls and identify the potential for safety and/or security deficiencies
  • Plan strategies for the physical security of all Bank facilities
  • Act as the primary on-call leader for branch security and retail administration needs

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of retail banking experience
  • Experience managing staff
  • Comprehensive knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
  • Sound communication skills
