Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Account Manager to drive revenue growth, maximize gross margin, and deliver exceptional customer service across the assigned territory. This role is responsible for developing and managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing competitive proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate has a proven background in B2B sales, account management, business development, and strategic relationship management within commercial construction, roofing, or related industries.

Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth & Business Development
  • Achieve regional revenue and gross margin goals through strategic account management.

  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies to expand business.

  • Identify, develop, and nurture high-value key accounts with long-term growth potential.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across customer organizations.

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and customer engagement.

  • Respond promptly to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and prepare competitive project estimates.

  • Assess project requirements and develop accurate pricing and scope of work.

  • Present value-driven solutions that meet customer needs while maximizing profitability.

  • Follow up consistently on proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business.

Project & Account Management
